RR Music was founded by Rob Ross and Caitlin Taggart in 2023 when The Southern Comfort Country Western Club, Kilwinning had a cancellation and were looking for an act for their club night.  Caitlin volunteered Rob's services and from there RR Music was born, bringing country music from the 80's to modern hits to clubs all across the country.  Rob has progressed his musical repertoire along the way, adding the ability to recommend line dances to alternative music making his setlists stand out from the rest of the acts on the scene, and slowly amassing a following of dancers and listeners alike.

 

Rob is very highly thought of in the country music scene in Scotland and often brings in newcomers to clubs ensuring plenty of people through the doors.  This, paired with setting up a website dedicated to Scottish Country Music, Rob is helping to ensure that clubs have improved advertising helping them to continue to run.

 

Being based around Ayrshire,  RR Music is available for booking across Scotland and even into England and can be contacted by using the "Contact Us" page.  At the moment, bookings are predominately clubs and festivals, but in 2026 we will be branching into Weddings and Parties so call us for a quote for your event!
